The Tenth

Venice, March 11-14, 2003 at the "Istituto
Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti", Palazzo Loredan. The Istituto Veneto is located near Piazza
San Marco.
The Workshop
will be mainly based on review talks followed by extensive discussions. As done
in the previous Conferences, the programme will cover topics on Neutrino Physics,
Astroparticle Physics and Cosmology to single out the most interesting current
results and problems. Given the limited facilities at the "Istituto Veneto
di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti" in Venice, this year the attendance will be
limited to 150 people.

Venice in March is particularly attractive and the situation concerning hotel accommodation is always very tight. Arrangements have been made with the Hotel Europa & Regina for a number of rooms at reduced rates for the participants. The Europa & Regina is a topclass Hotel, situated on the Grand Canal, about a five minute walk from the Piazza San Marco and close to the "Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti".
The Workshop
will start on Tuesday, March 11, at 9:30 and will end on Friday, March 14. The
Sessions will take place from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to about 19:00, with
a lunch break. At the "Istituto Veneto di Scienze, Lettere ed Arti",
during the break, the lunch will be served to the participants. There will also
be the customary coffee breaks in the morning and in the afternoon.
Participants are expected to arrive in Venice on Monday, March 10. The Registration
Desk (at the Workshop Site) will be open on Monday from 15:00 until 18:00.

Dinner, Social Activities and a copy of the Proceedings.
